We want you to love your Canopy Bay hat as much as we loved creating it. If you're not satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or replace any faulty item reported within 7 days of arrival. Simply return your hat in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, with standard shipping at $15 and express shipping at $25 for orders under $200. Click & Collect is free from our West Gosford location, available Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm. International shipping is $25 to New Zealand and $50 to other countries. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, with express orders dispatched the same business day if placed before 12pm (AEST). Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.
