If we believe your hat is faulty, we will replace it when notified within 7 days after its arrival to you. Please keep hats in original packaging with tags attached, fill in the enclosed returns form and send with your goods. All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the conditions will be credited to the purchaser's credit card or Paypal account.
