We want you to love your Canopy Bay by Deborah Hutton hat as much as Deborah loved designing it. If you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to refund. If you believe your hat is faulty, we will replace it when notified within 7 days after its arrival to you. We currently do not offer exchange. Please keep hats in original packaging with tags attached, fill in the enclosed returns form and send back to us within 30 days. All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with these conditions will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account.
