If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to provide a refund or replace any faulty item reported within 7 days. Just return the hat in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post—$15 standard or $25 express for orders under $200. Click & Collect is free from our West Gosford location, and international shipping is available from $25. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with express orders sent same day if placed before 12pm (AEST).
