We currently do not offer exchange. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund or replace any faulty item reported within 7 days of delivery. Just return your hat in its original packaging, with tags attached, within 30 days.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post — $15 standard or $25 express for orders under $200. Click & Collect is free from West Gosford (Mon–Fri, 10am–3pm). International shipping is $25 to New Zealand and $50 elsewhere. Orders ship within 48 hours; express orders placed before 12pm (AEST) go out same day.
