Warranty and Returns

We want you to love your Canopy Bay by Deborah Hutton hat. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or replace any faulty item reported within 7 days of delivery. Simply return the hat in its original packaging with tags attached, along with the completed returns form, within 30 days. Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Australia via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $15 and express shipping is $25 for orders under $200. Click & Collect is free from our West Gosford location (Mon–Fri, 10am–3pm). We also ship internationally—$25 to New Zealand and $50 to other countries. Most orders ship within 48 hours, with express orders dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm AEST. Please allow for potential delays during public holidays or peak seasons.
