Warranty and Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to refund or replace any faulty item reported within 7 days of arrival. Please return the hat in its original packaging with tags attached, using the enclosed returns form, within 30 days.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post—$15 for standard and $25 for express on orders under $200. Click & Collect is free from our West Gosford location, and international shipping starts from $25. Most orders ship within 48 hours, with express orders dispatched same day if placed before 12PM AEST.
